Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Language
• Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.
• Authors are responsible for language editing prior to submission.
Formatting
• File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
• Font: Times New Roman
• Font size: 10 pt
• Line spacing: 1.5 or double spaced
• Margins: 1 inch on all sides
• Pages should be numbered consecutively
Manuscript Structure
Title Page
• Full Title of the manuscript
• Author names (with affiliations)
• Corresponding author details (email, phone, full address)
Abstract
• 150–300 words
• Structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) for research articles
• 4–6 keywords
Main Text
For Research Articles:
1. Introduction
2. Materials and Methods
3. Results
4. Discussion
5. Conclusion
Acknowledgments
Conflict of Interest
Authors must declare any conflicts of interest.
Funding Statement
Mention funding sources if applicable.
References
• Minimum 0–30 references
• Vancouver or APA style (as per journal requirement)
• Ensure references are accurate and properly formatted
Figures and Tables
• Must be cited in the text
• High-resolution images (300 dpi minimum)
• Tables should be editable (not images)
Ethical Requirements
• Human/animal studies must include ethical approval details
• Patient consent must be obtained where applicable
• Plagiarism should be less than 10%
• Manuscripts must be original and not under review elsewhere
Publication Charges (Article Processing Charges – APC)
To maintain high editorial standards and open access availability, the journal charges an Article Processing Fee after acceptance. Article processing fee varies from Country to Country
